The Future of the Club
The New Courts
Our plan is to relocate the tennis courts further up the playing fields and
have three courts instead of two. We initially applied to the Parish
Council for floodlighting and relocation of the existing courts. We have
been given permission for the courts and the land has been leased to us, but the application for floodlights
has been turned down.
We have received our Lottery grant so the courts will be opened on 8th
September 2001
Lawn Tennis Association
At the A.G.M. it was decided that the club would become a full member of the
Lawn Tennis Association. Membership gives us:
